Homeownership Application

We are now accepting applications for new homes to be constructed in Lake Station, Indiana.

Applications must be completed in full and must be accompanied by a credit report.

If you do not include a copy of your most recent credit report, we cannot consider your application.

Instructions to obtain a free credit report can be found on the last page of the homeownership application packet.
